Do I have to have a pet to work at Heads Up For Tails?
While we do hire individuals who may not have pets, we do believe that having pets or a relationship with animals plays a huge role in building engagement in our work, being consistently inspired and finding meaning in what we do.
What is the selection process at Heads Up For Tails?

We have 4 stages in our selection process:

Phone Interview: If we find your application to be fit with our role requirements, a member of our team will get in touch with you for a phone interview. This is a preliminary discussion to expand on your application and understand a little more about your interest in working with us.

Culture Interview: If you are successful in the phone interview, we will take you forward for a Culture Interview with an experienced member of our People team. At Heads Up For Tails, we value ‘attitude over aptitude’ and it is critical to us that every potential HUFTian we bring into our pack understands and resonates with our culture and shared values.

Technical Assignment: If you are taken forward post the Culture Interview, we’ll share a technical assignment with you (for some roles, this may not be the case). The purpose of this assignment is two fold: a) to give you a sense of what your role looks like in execution, b) for us to understand the skill and competency levels you are bringing into this role.

Final Interview: If you clear the technical assignment round, the last step of the interview process is a final interview with a panel of Senior Leaders and/or Vertical Leads.

I have submitted my application. What can I expect?
Our team will take between 4-7 days to get back to you on your application. If your application fits with our role requirements, we will take you forward in the selection process. Overall, you can expect 10-12 days of a selection process for any role that you apply to at Heads Up For Tails
Do I get feedback on my application process?
While we truly value feedback and believe it’s critical for continuous learning, unfortunately, given the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to provide personalised feedback to you.
I have more than the necessary qualifications for this role but I wasn’t taken forward in the application process. Why?
While we appreciate the experience, skills and qualifications that each of our applicants bring to the process, we find ourselves taking difficult calls from an existing pool of highly qualified candidates and unfortunately, can’t connect with each and everyone.

Do we sell pets?

No, we do not sell pets, we only sell products that pets need.

Delivery timeline

Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days.

Deliveries within Delhi NCR will be done within 48 hours from the date of order.

Personalised Orders may take 10-15 days for delivery.

You will also receive an email and SMS with tracking details to track your package.

Note: Orders can also be tracked through this chatbot (Main Menu).
