  • Is there a membership fee to become a part of HUFT Rewards?

    No. There is no membership fee for HUFT Rewards. You start earning awards the moment you place your first order with us

  • How can I join the HUFT Rewards program?

    You can easily join the program by downloading the HUFT app from the App Store or the Play Store and signing up with your mobile number. From your very first order, you can start earning rewards that are redeemable for exclusive benefits, perks, offers, and privileges. If you're an existing HUFT customer, you're already a part of the Bronze tier, so there's no need to sign up again!

  • Do I earn points for spends done prior to enrolling?

    No, reward points are earned only from your next purchase made after signing up for the program, based on your tier.

  • What does the auto-enrolment for existing customers look like?

    All existing HUFT customers have been automatically enrolled to the Bronze tier of the program. You can start earning your reward points from the next purchase itself.

  • How do I earn the HUFT Reward points?

    You can start earning HUFT Reward points as soon as you sign up and start shopping with us. To qualify for the Bronze tier, there is no minimum spend required. Just sign up on the HUFT app using your mobile number. Once you sign up, every successful purchase will earn you reward points that can be redeemed in your next order/purchase.

    Here is a simple way to understand how HUFT Rewards can be earned across tiers

  • Why do I need to give my mobile number to sign up?

    When you sign up for the HUFT Rewards program, we create a unique account for you that is linked to your mobile number. All reward points earned after sign-up are credited to this account. Hence, you can use your mobile number to login, redeem or check your points balance, without the hassle of remembering a separate account number.

  • How do I redeem my HUFT Reward points?

    Redeeming HUFT Reward points is super easy!

    100 points = 10 rupees

    You can redeem your reward points at the time of purchase through our app, website, or store to receive a discount on the final bill amount.

  • How do I check my points?

    It's easy to check your reward point balance! Simply log in or sign up on our mobile app or website using your mobile number or email address.. You can also visit your nearest HUFT store to check your reward point balance.

  • How long are my reward points valid for?

    Your HUFT Reward points will be valid for one year (365 days) from the date of issuance. Be sure to redeem them before they expire!

  • What happens to my reward points if I return my order?

    In any unavoidable circumstances, should you wish to return items from your order,

    • HUFT Rewards points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
    • If HUFT Rewards points were used to make the purchase, they will be credited back to your account.
  • What happens to my reward points if I cancel my order?

    If an order is cancelled, no HUFT Reward points will be applied to your order. HUFT Reward points will only be applicable upon the successful completion of each order/purchase.

  • How do I reach/upgrade to the next tier?

    Once you have successfully signed up for HUFT Rewards, your total accumulated points will make you eligible for the next tier.

    Bronze Tier: No minimum points needed

    Silver Tier: Minimum 2,000 points

    Gold Tier: Minimum 10,000 points

  • How do I maintain my tier status? And how does it get renewed?

    To maintain your tier status, you need to maintain the respective cumulative points of each tier. Your tier status will be renewed automatically after 365 days from the day of previous upgrade.

  • Can I combine my reward points with other offers, discounts & vouchers?

    Yes, you can combine your HUFT Reward points with other ongoing offers, discounts & issued vouchers. Reward points can be applied to the final bill amount.

  • How do I avail the spa sessions for my pet that comes as a benefit with my HUFT Rewards membership?

    You can book it just the way you book any other spa session at HUFT. The spa voucher is valid only on HUFT’s bath and blow dry services.

  • How can I get in touch with the dedicated helpline?

    If you are a Gold tier member of HUFT Rewards, we will assign you a dedicated helpline that will assist you with your queries from 9 AM to 9 PM every day of the week. You can access the helpline number by logging in to your HUFT app, and opening the Account section.

Terms & conditions

  1. Free Shipping is only applicable on orders through the HUFT app.
  2. To level up from Bronze to Silver, you must have a total of 2,000 points. To upgrade from Silver to Gold, you must earn an additional 10,000 points on top of the previous 2,000 points.
  3. Silver members get 1 FREE bath and blow dry voucher, and Gold members get 2 FREE bath and blow dry vouchers.

Delivery timeline

Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days.

Deliveries within Delhi NCR will be done within 48 hours from the date of order.

Personalised Orders may take 10-15 days for delivery.

You will also receive an email and SMS with tracking details to track your package.
